An exciting new feature for Art in Woodstock 2009 is "smART in
Woodstock". Previously we have erected a 90ft long free expression
"Art Wall" on the town square. This year we are doing something
different to capture the imagination and inspire.
We are grateful for the support of Mercedes Benz of Oxford, specifically their smart car division, who will be providing specially shaped smART car cut outs in the town square where festival visitors will be encouraged to paint or decorate them as they wish!
A specially branded Art in Woodstock 'smART car' will be cruising Oxfordshire in the weeks prior to the festival, promoting the latest festival news.
smART in Woodstock will be colourful, engaging and fun. Who knows ..... it may produce a colour scheme design for the next smart to be put into production.
The smART event will run for the duration of the festival in the Town Square, 10am - 4pm.
